Super Slowering Hit (Japanese: 抜群時素早さ２ダウン Speed Reduced by Two Stat Ranks When Supereffective) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move that is super effective against any targeted opponent, it has a chance of lowering the target's Speed by two stat ranks. The skill can range from Super Slowering Hit 1 to Super Slowering Hit 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Super Slowering Hit 9 will always lower the target's Speed by two stat ranks. Currently, only Super Slowering Hit 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
