Stupefy (Japanese: 相手に技後特防ダウン Special Defense Reduction After Using Move on Opponent) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move against the target, it has a chance of lowering the target's Sp. Def by one stat rank. The skill can range from Stupefy 1 to Stupefy 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of lowering the target's Sp. Def. Stupefy 9 will always lower the target's Sp. Def. Currently, only Stupefy 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to all of the Pokémon's moves—including attack moves, status moves, and 
buddy moves—but not sync moves or 
max moves.
