Speed Skating (Japanese: アイスフェイス時攻撃時素早さアップ Speed Boost When Attacking in Ice Face) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When a Pokémon in Ice Face form successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of raising the user's Speed by one stat rank. The skill can range from Speed Skating 1 to Speed Skating 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Speed Skating 9 will always raise the user's Speed. Currently, only Speed Skating 4 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
