Speed Leech (Japanese: 攻撃時素早さ能力吸収 Absorb Speed During Attack) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of lowering the target's Speed by one stat rank. After the target's Speed is lowered, the user will have its Speed raised by one stat rank. The skill can range from Speed Leech 1 to Speed Leech 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Speed Leech 9 will always lower the target's Speed by one stat rank and raise the user's by the same amount. Currently, only Speed Leech 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
