Release information

This card was included in the Primal Clash expansion, first released in the Japanese Tidal Storm expansion. It was later reprinted in the Japanese The Best of XY subset.

In Japan, the Tidal Storm print was reprinted again during the Sword & Shield Era and was one of ten S-P Promotional cards that could be found in Extra Battle Day Promo Card Packs, which were distributed at Pokémon Card Gym venues hosting Extra Battle Day events from December 16, 2022.[1] It was reprinted twice more during the Scarlet & Violet Era as SV-P Promotional cards. The first, numbered 140/SV-P, was one of twelve cards that could be found in Extra Battle Day 2024 Promo Card Packs, which were distributed at Pokémon Card Gym venues hosting Extra Battle Day events from January 1, 2024.[2] The second, numbered 230/SV-P, was one of twelve cards that could be found in Extra Battle Day 2025 Promo Card Packs, which were distributed in the same manner at Pokémon Card Gym venues from January 1, 2025.[3] The S-P Promotional and SV-P Promotional prints are all Non Holofoil and feature the Extra Battle Day logo.
