Scorching Touch (Japanese: 攻撃時やけど付与 Inflict Burn During Attack) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon in a sync pair successfully uses an attack move against a target, it has a chance to burn the target. The skill can range from Scorching Touch 1 to Scorching Touch 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of burning the target. Scorching Touch 9 will always burn the target. The skill applies to all of the Pokémon's attack moves—including 
buddy moves—but not sync moves or 
max moves.
