"When I'm on the mic, even the dead rise up! DJ G-Rave over there's sure feelin' it!"

Upon first using Toxtricity's Hex: "Put your SOUL into it, Toxtricity! Let's bring the power!"

Upon being defeated: "Givin' up the ghost's not really my style. I'll let you have this one, though, baby."

• After being defeated

"Hah! Great battle—chilling AND thrilling!"

"You've got spirit, kid. You earned my Gym Badge, all right!"

"And how about a VIP pass for my next show, too?"

If the player has less than eight Gym Badges: "With <number of Badges> Gym Badge/Badges, it'll be easier to catch Pokémon of up to Lv. <level>, and they'll listen to what you have to say, too!"

If the player has all eight Gym Badges: "With 8 Gym Badges, you'll be able to catch Pokémon of any level, and they'll be sure to listen to what you have to say, too!"

Talking to her after refusing: "Whatcha say to some Pokémon trading with me, Lil Champ <player>?"

If the player only has one Pokémon in their party: "Hold up—your party’s lookin’ too slim, baby! Bring more Pokémon if you finna trade me!"

After the trade: "Thanks for takin’ the plunge—that trade was fun! I’ll train this one a ton till it’s grade A-1! For real, I’ll take good care of it—body and soul. It’ll be a real Double Battler soon!"

"Let me hear it, <player>. Ready to square up?"

Yes: "Hah! You already know! Let’s go head-to-head and soul-to-soul!"

If the player only has one Pokémon in their party: "Kid, you know I’m Double Battlin’ till the end! If you wanna share the stage with me, you better bring at least two Pokémon!"

No: "You’d rather pass on this battle, huh? Thought you were more spirited than that!"

Upon sending her last Pokémon: "We’re near the endin’—feel the tension risin’? Make your peace now, ’cause you ain’t survivin’!"

Upon Terastallizing her Toxtricity: "Step to me, I’ll make you take a knee! Toxtricity, drop the bass in a minor key!"

Upon having her Terastallized Toxtricity use Hex: "Check my Hex—I’ll vex all your careful plans! I’m death on two legs. You don’t stand a chance!"

Upon being defeated: "I’m shook—this L took me by surprise. This battle rattled my bones and my pride."

• After player wins first battle

"Hah! Great battle—chilling AND thrilling!"

"You got me in your corner, baby...in spirit. Not like I can actually tag in for you, y’know?"

Player receives Ghost Sneakers: "The fans go wild for those things, so treasure ’em to your grave!"

If defeated by the player: "Your beatdowns hit different! I’ll be feelin’ that all the way to the afterlife!"

Player obtains a reward: "Till next time, baby! Hit me up if your spirit’s achin’ for a battle!"

If defeated the player: "How’d you like my show, baby? Seeing it live hits different, huh? Haha! Hit me up whenever you’re ready to step to me again. A VIP like you gets in free!"

"You heard my number-one single, “A Visit to My Father”? The lyrics for that one came to me when I was payin’ respects at my dad’s grave."
