Restrained Power-Up (Japanese: 交代禁止時威力上昇 Power Boost While Restrained) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's Pokémon is restrained, the power of its moves are boosted by 10% per rank of this skill. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves. Currently, only Restrained Power-Up 5 is available on scoutable sync pairs, providing a 50% boost in power.
