Restrained Freebie (Japanese: 交代禁止時攻撃時次回ゲージ消費無 No Gauge Consumption Next When Attacking While Restrained) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

While the user is restrained and successfully uses an attack move against an opponent, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. Currently, only Restrained Freebie 3 is available on scoutable sync pairs, which provides a 30% chance of applying the Free Move Next effect. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
