Rebuff Reducing Hit (Steel) (Japanese: 初攻撃時はがね抵抗↓ Steel Resistance Reduction During First Attack) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
The first time the user successfully lands an attack move on an opponent, the opponent's Steel Type Rebuff will be lowered by one rank. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
