(Japanese: 謎のBURST戦士 Enigmatic Burst Warrior) is the 10th chapter of the Pokémon RéBURST manga.
Plot
The mysterious young man tells Ryouga to leave the Compass of Light with him. He says that he has been looking for it, and Ryouga has saved him the time of doing this. He reveals the compass was tracking his Burst Heart, which is one of the original six. He also tells Ryouga that the compass can track the location of Arcades, who he is determined to find. Ryouga is happy to meet someone who also wants to find Arcades, assuming that he must also idolize him. The young man, however, reveals that he seeks Arcades to enact revenge on him for destroying his village and killing his father, leaving Ryouga in disbelief. Seeing that Ryouga will not willingly hand over the Compass of Light, the young man tears off his cloak, revealing the logo of Great Gavel.
The man says his name is Hariru, and that he is one of the Seven Warriors of the Great Gavel. Declaring he will take the compass by force, he Bursts into the form of Zorua, causing Ryouga to transform to fight him. After trading blows, Ryouga knocks Hariru into a building, but when the dust clears, Miruto is standing in his place. Ryouga freezes, at which point he is attacked by her, causing him to become confused as to why Miruto would attack him. However the real Miruto calls from a distance that Hariru is using Zorua's Illusion Ability to transform into her. He struggles against Hariru, who declares that Ryouga will never be able to defeat him with an incomplete Burst.
