リョウガの想い…
Ryouga's Feelings...
(Japanese: リョウガの想い… Ryouga's Feelings...) is the sixth chapter of the Pokémon RéBURST manga.
Plot
Ryouga is relieved to have defeated Hilgreitz, until suddenly, a flurry of drill attacks hit him from behind. Despite his injuries, Hilgreitz is still able to fight and sends a shower of rocks towards Miruto and Tougo to prevent them from interfering with the battle. Tougo's Galvantula protects them, but sustains injuries in the process. Hilgreitz tells Ryouga that as one of the Great Gavel's Seven Warriors, he won't lose to him, and charges at him with a drill attack intending to end the battle. Ryouga is unable to move his body and recalls a time in his childhood when he was suffering from an incurable fever. In this flashback, he is carried away to Mt. Serables by an obscured Arcades, but Ryouga believes he won't be able to survive the climb.
Arcades tells him not to give up, and to hold his eyes open and look forward. He explains that as long as he has the will to go on, it's not time to give up yet. Upon remembering this in the present, Ryouga is filled with resolve to become stronger and find Arcades, allowing him to unlock Zekrom's dragon power. He defeats Hilgreitz and shatters his Burst Heart, freeing Excadrill. At this point, the Silver Drop flower emerges from the ground, and while Tougo wishes to sell it and become rich, Ryouga instead uses it to heal the wounded Galvantula as well as himself. He also heals Excadrill and Hilgreitz. When Miruto asks if healing Hilgreitz was a good idea, Ryouga says it was thanks for helping him get stronger. After they leave, Hilgreitz awakens and mutters that Ryouga won't survive long since the rest of the Seven Warriors don't forgive as easily as him.
