P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Defense ↓ (Japanese: 相手にP技B技後防御↓ Defense Reduction After Pokémon Uses Move or Buddy Move on Opponent) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair's Pokémon successfully uses a move or sync move, it has a chance of lowering the target's Defense by one stat rank. The skill can range from P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Defense ↓ 1 to P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Defense ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Defense ↓ 9 will always lower the target's Defense. Currently, only P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Defense ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's moves, including status moves and
buddy moves, but not
