Old Gold Power Plant (Japanese: ゴールド旧発電所 Gold Old Power Plant) is an island on which players can conduct sleep research in Pokémon Sleep. It was added to the game in version 2.0.0, and was first made available on October 2, 2024.

Information

Old Gold Power Plant is the sixth island available to players in Pokémon Sleep. It is the only island where the Shinx and Grubbin lines can be found. It is unlocked after the player registers 340 sleep styles in their Sleep Style Dex, and it hosts a total of 71 different Pokémon.

Snorlax found here can either be colored normally or tinted yellow-green. In addition, their favorite Berries are always Grepa, Bluk, and Belue, which are gathered by Electric-, Ghost-, and Steel-type Pokémon, respectively.

As the sixth island, it has the highest Strength targets needed to achieve each Snorlax rating and the greatest Dream Shard rewards. Old Gold Power Plant's Strength targets, along with the associated rewards for achieving each rating, are as follows.
