Obscuring Power (Japanese: 相手命中率↓時威力↑ Power Boost When Opponent's Accuracy is Lowered) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user attacks an opponent that has its accuracy lowered by any stat rank, the power of the move is boosted by 10% per rank of this skill. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves. Currently, only Obscuring Power 3 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
