The Nintendo Switch – OLED Model (Japanese: ニンテンドースイッチ(有機ELモデル) Nintendo Switch (OLED Model)) is an enhanced, OLED model of the Nintendo Switch. Like its original model, it is both a home console and a handheld console.[2]
First officially announced on July 7, 2021,[3] the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model was released on October 8, 2021. It features a 7-inch OLED screen, a wider and adjustable stand, enhanced audio, a wired LAN port built into the dock, and 64GB of internal storage.

- Size: Approximately 4 inches high, 9.4 inches long, and 0.55 inches deep (with Joy-Con attached). The depth from the tip of the analog sticks to the tip of the ZL/ZR buttons is 1.12 inches.
- Weight: Approximately .88 lbs when Joy-Con controllers are attached, 0.66 lbs. otherwise.
- Screen: 7-inch OLED screen with multi-touch capacitive touch and resolution of 1280 × 720 (720p).
- CPU/GPU: NVIDIA Custom Tegra processor.
- Storage:
- Networking: Wireless (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) and Bluetooth 4.1. LAN available in TV mode.
- Video: Supports up to 4K 2160 via HDMI cable in TV mode, or up to 720p in tabletop mode and handheld mode.
- Audio: Compatible with 5.1ch Linear PCM output. Output via HDMI connector in TV mode.
- Speakers: Stereo.
- Memory: 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM.

- Size: Approximately 4.1 inches high, 6.9 inches long, and 2 inches deep
- Weight: Approximately .69 lbs
- Output: USB Port (USB 2.0 compatible) ×2 on the side and 1 on the back, System connector, AC adapter port, HDMI port, Wired LAN port (LAN cable sold separately)

Special Pokémon edition
A special edition Nintendo Switch – OLED Model was released on November 4, 2022, to celebrate the release of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
The console itself is black, with the back featuring various orange and purple iconography, some of which feature the Paldea first partner Pokémon. The Joy-Cons are orange (left) and purple (right), and respectively feature the Naranja and Uva Academy crests on their front underneath the HOME/Capture buttons. The dock is white and prominently features Koraidon and Miraidon, colored solid orange and purple respectively, in front of a gray decorative border.
