Move: Crit Defense (Japanese: 技後場に急所防御 Critical-Hit Defense on Field After Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move, it has a chance of applying the Critical-Hit Defense effect to the allied field. The skill can range from Move: Crit Defense 1 to Move: Crit Defense 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Move: Crit Defense 9 will always apply the Critical-Hit Defense effect. Currently, only Move: Crit Defense 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to both the Trainer's and the Pokémon's moves, including
buddy moves, but not sync moves or
max moves.
