Lockstep (Japanese: 技後技ゲージ増加G Group Move Gauge Boost After Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move, it has a chance to increase the team's move gauge by the number of sync pairs remaining on the allied side, up to a maximum of three. In co-op battles, it has a chance to increase the move gauge of all allied sync pairs by one, regardless of the number of sync pairs remaining on the allied side. The skill can range from Lockstep 1 to Lockstep 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Lockstep 9 will always charge the move gauge. The skill applies to both the Trainer's and the Pokémon's moves, including
buddy moves, but not sync moves or
max moves.
