Jazwares is an American toy company based in Sunrise, Florida. It is the current license holder for the Pokémon brand after it acquired Wicked Cool Toys in 2019,[1] which had received the license to produce and market Pokémon merchandise in all regions excluding Asia starting in 2017.[2]

In April 2020, Jazwares acquired Kelly Toys Holdings, LLC.[3] This acquisition would result in Pokémon-themed variations of their hugely successful Squishmallows line, with the collaboration first being announced at San Diego Comic Con 2022.[4]

In October 2023, Jazwares' Pokémon Squishmallows received the 2023 Collectable Toy of the Year award from the Toy Association.[1]
