Hit Trapped Opp: Attack ↓ (Japanese: 拘束相手攻撃時攻撃↓ Attack Reduction When Attacking Bound Opponent) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is trapped, it has a chance of lowering the target's Attack by one stat rank. The skill can range from Hit Trapped Opp: Attack ↓ 1 to Hit Trapped Opp: Attack ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of lowering the target's Attack. Hit Trapped Opp: Attack ↓ 9 will always lower the target's Attack. Currently, only Hit Trapped Opp: Attack ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
