Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of restoring 32 MP to the user's 
buddy move. The skill can range from Hit: B-Move MP Recovery (32) 1 to Hit: B-Move MP Recovery (32) 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit: B-Move MP Recovery (32) 9 will always restore the user's MP for its buddy move. Currently, only Hit: B-Move MP Recovery (32) 5 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
