This card was included in the Twilight Masquerade expansion, first released in the Japanese Transformation Mask expansion. It was reprinted in the Prismatic Evolutions special expansion, originating from the Japanese Terastal Fest ex subset.

The Festival Grounds is based on Kitakami Hall, a location in Kitakami where the Festival of Masks takes place.
