This figure was available as a Duel Wins Reward and in Gym Boosters during the Round 4 Water Gym Cup held from July 26 to 30, 2018.

Origin
This figure depicts the Fan Rotom form of Rotom. Air Slash and Discharge are moves in the Pokémon games that Fan Rotom can learn, the former upon changing into this form. Gigavolt Havoc and Supersonic Skystrike are Z-Moves in the games that Fan Rotom can use by equipping Electrium Z and Flyinium Z, respectively.
