Dragon Guard (Japanese: ドラゴンガード Dragon Guard) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

Dragon Guard reduces the damage taken from Dragon-type moves, including buddy moves, by 30%. It does not reduce damage from sync moves or max moves.

• Most sync pairs that have access to the Dragon Guard skill without the use of Lucky Cookies are formed with Fairy-type Pokémon, which gives them a natural immunity to Dragon-type moves in the core series games.
  • The only sync pair in this group that is not formed with a Fairy-type Pokémon is Clair & Kingdra, who is weak to Dragon-type moves.
