Down for a Freebie (Japanese: 能力ダウン時次ゲージ消費無 No Gauge Consumption Next During Stat Reduction) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When any of the user's stats are lowered by the user, an ally, or an opponent, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Down for a Freebie 1 to Down for a Freebie 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Down for a Freebie 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. Currently, only Down for a Freebie 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
