Chad

Chad (Japanese: クリオ Kurio) is a character of the day who appeared in Finding a Legend!. His hometown is Ecruteak City.

Chad met Ash and Goh after Pikachu hit his Pokémon with Thunderbolt. He later explained why he used his Fearow and Cyndaquil to pose as Ho-Oh and introduced them to his grandfather Jaye. They later headed up the Bell Tower, where they encountered a Misdreavus and Stantler who were standing guard. After being distracted by Stantler's illusions, the group reached the top of the tower after Goh caught both Stantler and Misdreavus. Everyone called out to Ho-Oh without success, and Chad proceeded to leave with Ash and Goh.

Chad used Fearow alongside Cyndaquil, to make his fake Ho-Oh by flying around the sky. However, their ruse was exposed when Ash had Pikachu attack them with Thunderbolt.

None of Fearow's moves are known.

Cyndaquil

Chad used Cyndaquil alongside Fearow to make his fake Ho-Oh by emitting flames. However, their ruse was exposed when Ash had Pikachu attack them with Thunderbolt. Cyndaquil later joined the group in climbing the Bell Tower.

None of Cyndaquil's moves are known.
