	The larger the target's percentage of remaining HP, the more it powers up the user's moves.

Bulk Buster (Japanese: 相手ＨＰ分威力上昇 Power Boost Proportional to Opponent's HP) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

Bulk Buster raises the power of moves depending on the percentage of HP the target has remaining. The higher percent of HP remaining, the greater the boost in power. The skill can range from Bulk Buster 1 to Bulk Buster 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater boost in power. Currently, only Bulk Buster 4 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The formula is as follows:

The HP thresholds are as follows:

Percentage of HP remaining	Threshold value
100%	1
50% < HP < 100%	0.5
33% < HP < 51%	0.25
< 34%	0

For example, if a sync pair with Bulk Buster 4 attacks a target with 100% remaining HP, the damage will be increased by 1.4×. If the target is in a pinch, this skill will not activate.

The skill only applies to the Pokémon's regular attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
