Release information

This card was first included in the English Generations expansion. It was later available in special Blastoise versions of the Japanese BREAK Starter Pack, sold initially at venues hosting the Kamex Mega Battle during May 2016 followed by a more general release from the Pokémon Center Online store in June 2016.
