Better Prepared (Japanese: 相手能力非↑時威力↑ Power Boost When Opponent's Stats Are Not Boosted) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's Pokémon attacks an opponent that has none of its stats raised, the power of the move is boosted by 10% per rank of this skill. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
