| Powers up the physical attack moves of all allied sync pairs by 20%. Reduces physical attack move damage taken by all allied sync pairs by 25%. The more allied sync pairs with the Alola theme you have on your team, the higher these percentages are. (Each additional sync pair powers up moves by 15% and reduces damage by 3%. The maximum power-up is 50%, and the maximum damage reduction is 31%.)

Alola Pride (Japanese: アローラの闘志 Alola Fighting Spirit) is a Master passive skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
The user and ally's physical attack moves are powered up by 20%, and physical attack move damage taken by the team's sync pairs are reduced by 25%. Each additional allied sync pair with the Alola theme skill powers up physical attack moves by a further 15%, for a maximum power increase of 50%. Additional allied sync pairs with the Alola theme skill also reduces physical attack move damage taken by 3%, for a maximum damage reduction of 31%. Alola Pride does not affect sync moves or 
max moves.
