BALLView is a software available in the software centre that is licensed under GPL and written in C++ and Python. It is used to model molecules (these molecules can be self-drawn or fetched from an online database such as wwPDB or PubChem) and can be used to perform calculations on them, such as electrostatic calculations. It supports Python scripting via a terminal that is embedded in its interface.
