464XLAT is a method described in RFC6877 for running IPv4-only applications on an IPv6-only network. It works by client device or a gateway applying a stateless translation from IPv4 to IPv6 which can be translated back to IPv4 by a NAT64 device operated by the ISP.

I have an Ubuntu 16.04 machine connected to an IPv6 only network. One application I want to run on this machine appears to not work properly with IPv6. I know 464XLAT is supposed to make such applications work. The NAT64 part is operated by the ISP…
