My system recently had a problem, where I could not update the system because it kept on saying :
> E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource
temporarily unavailable) E: Unable to lock the administration
directory (/var/lib/dpkg/) is another process using it?
So I followed these steps and removed the lock file. After a reboot, I cannot login. Its stuck in loop. I have already tried many answers on this forum like changing ownership of .Xauthority and even removing it. But nothing works, its still stuck in a loop.
Help me!
