tó + ha- (“up out”) + -hi- (seriative) + ∅- (3rd person subject prefix) + -d- (classifier) + -leeh (imperfective stem of root -LOʼ, “to act with a rope”). Literally, “water is drawn out with a rope one quantity after another”
