Etymology

Compound of F(エフ) (efu, first letter of English first) + J(ジェー)K(ケー) (jēkē, “female high school student”). It was widely used with M(エム)J(ジェー)K(ケー) (emujēkē) and L(エル)J(ジェー)K(ケー) (erujēkē) after broadcasting of Bay Storm by Kazunari Ninomiya.
