the

Insurance Law Journal.

ISSUED MONTHLY.

Devoted Exclusively to the Reporting and Digesting of Insurance Cases.

The Insurance Law Journal has been published for four years, and the fifth volume is now successfully progressing. All kinds of insurance cases are included. Fire, Life. Marine, Accident, etc.

The Decisions Are All Recent. Arrangements are maintained between the publisher and the upper courts, Federal and State, whereby early certified transcripts of opinions are procured. This is an important feature. In the regular course of publication these decisions do not find their way into the printed reports until one, two, or three years after the adjudication of the cases; whereas, they are frequently received by this journal during the same month in which they are delivered.

There Is No Other Similar Publication issued from any press in this country. This is the only depository where these decisions can be obtained in a body.

The Insurance Law Journal is an admitted authority in the courts.

Copies of the back volumes, 950 pp., law sheep, can be obtained. Price, $5.00 per volume.

Annual subscriptions, $5.00.
