Regular white or brown chicken eggs produce normal quality Mayonnaise, and Large white or brown chicken eggs produce gold-quality mayonnaise. A single Ostrich Egg will produce 10 jars of Mayonnaise, with the quality of the Mayonnaise equal to the quality of the Ostrich Egg used. A Golden Egg will produce three gold-quality Mayonnaise.
