Zilah was an officer in the Confederation Corps who served under the commmand of Colonel Cristóbal Rios. She was the pilot of the CSS Cetus who fought in the Vulcan War in 2401.

On Eradication Day, she participated in a bait and switch tactic to lure the Vulcan fighters in where they could be ambushed, and where Zilah took two squadrons and cut off the escaping Vulcans. (PIC: "Penance")

Zilah was played by Toni Belafonte. The vessel she commanded was identified in a tweet by Dave Blass. [1](X)
