Zachary Auburn is a writer and publisher known for various satirical and humorous books and zines.

He is the author of the book A Field Guide to the Aliens of Star Trek: The Next Generation written under the persona of Joshua Chapman, a preteen recording his impressions of various Star Trek: The Next Generation aliens. (Auburn was also credited under his own name as the book’s editor.) [1]

He is also the author of the satirical book How to Talk to Your Cat About Gun Safety, the popularity of which more broadly revealed his involvement in earlier pseudonymous and anonymous works. [2]
