Yvonne DePatis-Kupka
Yvonne DePatis-Kupka is a hair stylist who worked on the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "Homeward". In 1991 she received a CableACE Award nomination in the category Make-Up for her work on Mother Goose Rock 'n' Rhyme (1990, starring Brian Bonsall and Terri Garr), which she shared with Steve LaPorte.
In 1986, DePatis-Kupka worked as hair stylist on Thrashin', along with Dayne Johnson. Two years later, she had a cameo role as a customer in the science fiction drama Dead Man Walking (1988, with Leland Crooke, Tasia Valenza, Jeffrey Combs, Biff Yeager, and John Durbin). She received credit as department head hair in Dinner at Eight (1989) and on In Living Color (1991-94).
The following years, DePatis-Kupka worked as hair stylist and makeup artist on Interview with the Vampire (1994), All-American Girl (1994-1995, starring Clyde Kusatsu and Amy Hill), Virtuosity (1995), the comedy Man of the Year (1995), episodes of Hangin' with Mr. Cooper (1996) and Clueless (1996), the television drama Little Girls in Pretty Boxes (1997), The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas (2000, with Jamie Kelman, Jeff Lewis, Brad Look, Alicia Tripi, and Clinton Wayne), How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000), A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001), Planet of the Apes (2001), The Majestic (2001), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2002, with Teressa Hill and Clinton Wayne), CSI: Miami (2002-03), Las Vegas (2003-04), and Complete Savages (2004-2005, starring Keith Carradine).
Later credits include Crank (2006), Freedom Writers (2007), Epic Movie (2007, with Roxy D'Alonzo, David DeLeon, Ed French, Ruth Haney, Erwin H. Kupitz, and Mary Kay Morse), Halloween (2007), the television series True Blood (2008) and Valentine (2009), and the drama Dirty Girl (2010).
