Young (Ensign)

Ensign Young was a Tellarite male command division Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Carlsbad during the early 2380s.

In 2381, he was a member of the away team that reported to USS Cerritos Lieutenant Commander Steve Stevens during their mutual assignment of relocating Outpost 76 on Jengus IV. (LD: "Mining The Mind's Mines")
