Wrightwell

Commander Wrightwell was the aide to Fleet Admiral Alynna Nechayev. As of 2370, he was stationed at Starbase 310.

That year, Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the USS Enterprise-D talked to Wrightwell shortly before a briefing with Admiral Nechayev. In order to help Picard to improve his relations with Nechayev, Wrightwell told him that the admiral was fond of Bularian canapés. (TNG: "Journey's End")

This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
In the book The Future Begins, Wrightwell had been assigned as the commanding officer of the USS Catherine Mary.
