Lieutenant Weiss was a Starfleet officer on the USS Voyager while the ship was in the Delta Quadrant.

In 2376, the ship's on-board computer began to report the location of Lieutenant Weiss, but was cut off. The ship's systems were failing due to possession by an electromagnetic lifeform. (VOY: "The Haunting of Deck Twelve")
