Vulcan Bill of Rights

The Vulcan Bill of Rights guaranteed the fundamental personal freedoms of every Vulcan citizen.

In 2370, after Quark misleadingly described the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition as a code of scrupulous business behavior, Sakonna inferred that the rules must be similar to the Vulcan Bill of Rights. He did not correct her. (DS9: "The Maquis, Part I")
