Victory

Victory was a success in a fight against an enemy, opponent, or challenge.

In 2367, when Jean-Luc Picard refused to be given a parade and the key to the city, his eldest brother, Robert Picard, reminded him of his many honors, which included that fact that he used to raise his arms in victory. (TNG: "Family")

In 2401, Seven of Nine described the Borg's goals and shifting tactics: deception in absence of strength for the attainment of victory at any cost. (PIC: "The Star Gazer")
