Vickie M. Hsieh
Vickie M. Hsieh is a film production worker who was the Second Unit Production Coordinator on Star Trek.
Hsieh began her career in show business as a producer's assistant on Urban Legend: Final Cut (2000, starring Star Trek's Jennifer Morrison).
Hsieh again served as a producer's assistant on The Scorpion King (2002, starring The Rock and co-starring Branscombe Richmond). She then became a production coordinator on X2 (2003, starred Bruce Davison, Famke Janssen, Rebecca Romijn and Star Trek: The Next Generation regular Patrick Stewart.
As an assistant production coordinator, Hsieh worked on Lords of Dogtown (2005), Blind Justice, and Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour (2008). She was also a production coordinator on the pilot of the CBS drama series Cane and a travel coordinator on the Pirates of the Caribbean sequels Dead Man's Chest (2006) and At World's End (2007), both featuring Lee Arenberg.
Hsieh also coordinated the production of Paramount Pictures' Tropic Thunder (2008) while the film underwent re-shoots. She also worked with X2 director Bryan Singer as a production coordinator on Valkyren (2008). .
