Vice-chairman was a title used by certain chairmen in various cultures.

In 2024, Vasiliy Rozhenko was the vice-chairman of the organization that presided over the scientific research of Doctor Adam Soong. (PIC: "Fly Me to the Moon")

In 2374, Vreenak was vice-chairman of the Tal Shiar. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight").
