The Verillians were a group who signed an agreement with the Metron Consortium in 2373. Hagath had also been interested in the deal, but his associate Farrakk didn't even open negotiations. (DS9: "Business as Usual")

According to the script, their name was pronounced as "veh-RILL-yuns". [1]
