Star Trek: Voyager Season 3 was the last season to be released on VHS in the US by Paramount Home Entertainment from 2001 to 2002 with one episode on each tape.

While Season 3 was the last to be released on VHS by Paramount, Columbia House's releases did get further, with at least Seasons 4, 5 and 6 seeing a release.
