Urtern

Lieutenant Urtern was a female Human Starfleet operations division officer who lived during the early 25th century, where, in 2401, she served as a tactical officer aboard the USS Stargazer under Captain Cristóbal Rios.

That year, she was on the bridge when the Stargazer was sent to investigate a recently discovered spatial anomaly. Prior to their departure, Rios wanted her to prepare offensive and defensive strategy reports for him. Later, upon their arrival, she reported that the anomaly displayed "minor tachyon levels, but nothing critical," and that "for the moment it appears stable." After Admiral Jean-Luc Picard arrived and requested the current status, she pulled up the relevant tactical data for review. (PIC: "The Star Gazer")
